Pedals, cleats, instructions, miscellaneous mounting parts, and brand new Loctite-dipped cleat mounting screws are all included. Pedals have about 1000 miles of use and are in great condition, and were just lubed at my LBS. As Speedplay suggests replacing cleats every 2500-3000 miles, cleats still have a lot of wear left in them.
