A: Yes; they
are stuck on the back of the wrapping by the manufacturer.

to upgrade from my current operating system?
A: No; this is
FULL version; you must do a full install.

start up disk? Is it included?
A: You don't
need a start up disk; the CD-ROM is bootable. You just need to insert
the CD and have your system boot up from the CD-Rom and it will start to
install automatically

Q: Can I
install the same software on more than one PC?
A: Windows XP
uses software-based product activation technology; which means that you
must activate your copy of Windows XP to use it. Activation is
anonymous; and no personal information is required to activate. The
installation ID records an association of the product ID to your
computer and a confirmation is sent back to Microsoft. You can then use
the product key to install Windows on that computer an unlimited number
of times. However; if you need to install Windows on a different
computer with that product key; you will need to contact a Microsoft
customer service representative.
